PRAYER CONCERN 

 

 Pray for Peace in the Middle East:  As Christians, please pray for Israel after this horrible attack on innocent Jewish and Christians citizens, including some Americans.  We ask for God’s help in putting an end to this violence and aggression toward Israel by the terrorists.

 Come together to Help Maui – The United Church of Christ is sending aid to Maui to help with the wild fire destruction.  Solomon’s UCC is excepting donation to aid in this relief.  Our prayers are with the people of the island.

PRAYERS FOR Ukraine:  Please pray with us for the people of Ukraine who currently under attack by the Russian military.  Pray for strength, protection, support and most of all peace.  

  World Day of Prayer: Join Solomon’s Church as we gather around the flag pole at Macungie Borough Hall, 21 Locust St, Macungie, PA May 2 at Noon.  We will pray for our church, our country, and the world.   

 

Mission Projects

 

 Sunday School Heifer Project. The month of April.  Special program at 9:00 AM, April 14 

 “Soup”er Bowl of Caring Appeal – Benefit Lehigh County Conferences of Churches.  Begins January 28 – February 11.  Thank you for your support.  

 SUNDAY SCHOOL ADVENT PERSONAL CARE PROJECT:   Thank you for donations.       

Sunday School Food Drive:  Thank you.  Next food drive  in the Fall.

Daybreak: May 12,  2024 will be the next scheduled dates for snack items.  Baked good accepted.  The participants enjoy the treats.
